We encourage you to follow these 4 steps

  1. Make contact with Helen by completing the form below, you can use an alias if you wish to remain anonymous.
    • Helen will respond to you within 12 working hours
    • If Helen is on annual leave or unavailable, one of her colleagues will be on hand to support you. 

What happens next: 

  1. Helen will contact you at your preferred time, using your preferred method of contact to discuss your concern and the actions you may wish to take if agreed
  2. It is hoped that you will reach agreed outcomes which may include no further action or escalation anonymously or ‘named.’
    • Please be aware that a concern may be escalated immediately if there are issues of potential danger.
  3. You will receive updates about the concerns you’ve raised in accordance with agreed outcomes.

Helen will help you to:

  • Express your raised concern
  • Understand the ways in which your concern may be resolved
  • Determine the actions you may wish to take
  • Raise an issue with an appropriate partner or manager anonymously or ‘named’ at your request
  • Find the right people for you to talk to

Helen may also act as independent facilitator, where you ask for this support. She’ll also thank you for raising your concerns.

Helen will not:

  • Provide legal advice, mediation, counselling or psychological advice
  • Tell you what to do
  • Undertake investigations
  • Participate in singular employment issues, e.g. grievance
